You cannot imagine how delicious these are chicken wings in caramel sauce... the sauce is an explosion of flavor: spicy and sweet at the same time ... they are also crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside ... a delight, come on. Are you up for it?

I recommend making them because the children will love them (you can suppress the spicy) and the grown-ups ... let's not say ... also chicken wings are a very cheap product and it is fun to eat them with your hands. I like to remove a little of the skin to reduce the amount of fat in the dish, but of course, if you leave it, they are just as tasty.

They are ideal for dinner or as a second course, and go great with a first course such as a light cream of zucchini or a pumpkin velouté and a garnish of rosemary mushrooms.

    It depends on how big your wings are, mine were tiny. We want them to caramelize on the outside and be juicy on the inside. Check when the 15 minutes have passed and if not, leave them a little longer until they are to your liking. You will tell me!!

        What does it matter what the bag is if you don't have to grill the wings inside it? I understand that it can be a perfectly closed (or zip) freezer.
