You can already imagine the creamy texture that these cups have. They are also not cloying at all, so they are a great dessert to pamper yourself.
To make them you can use as much cornstarch or cornstarch as potato starch like the ones in the photo. I assure you that an incredible texture is achieved.
If you have any food restrictions you can make this recipe with the milk that best suits you. Although if you use a vegetable drink it is better that it be almonds because it has more body. Some like the rice one it's too runny and doesn't look that good.
Soluble coffee can be regular or decaffeinated. The flavor will be the same, the only thing that varies is the caffeine, so keep that in mind especially if you are going to serve it for dessert at a dinner.
This dessert is specific for adults since coffee it is not a recommended food in infant feeding. For the little ones there are other versions like these of chocolate or strawberries.
For this recipe I have used some little glasses that have 100 cc capacity and 8 units have come out. Kcals are also calculated based on units.
I think they are the ideal size, this is how you get a balanced dessert that is not filling.
If the containers are tightly closed, you can keep in the fridge for up to 10 days. Although I assure you that they will not last that long 😉
