What a light and complete dinner we are going to make today with this cream of use with sautéed shiitake mushrooms !. It will also help us save in the kitchen and not throw any food in the trash.
For this recipe you can use vegetables from quick vegetable and chicken broth or any other broth. Vegetables such as leek, onion, carrot, celery, pumpkin, green beans and zucchini always work well, providing a delicious taste to preparation.
To enrich the cream I add some pieces of the cooked chicken that, when crushed, we will not notice the texture but the flavor.
The shiitake mushrooms do not need to be hydrated because they are the ones that we have used in the broth, with which, they are already cooked and ready to use.
In the end, we will obtain in a simple way a cream of use with a mild flavor and, nutritionally, very complete for a light dinner and at the same time comforting.
