What do you think if we have a coffee granita?

There are many recipes to beat the sweltering heat this summer. We can prepare horchata, isotonic drink o Lemonade But nothing like a creamy coffee granita to finish a meal or to enjoy a long summer afternoon. 

You can already imagine that this recipe is very quick and easy of doing. Not to mention the price. We can also customize it and choose the coffee that we like the most, be it decaffeinated, an espresso or a long American-type coffee. And if you have a capsule machine, the variety will increase considerably.

It is not a normal coffee granita because it does not remain black but its taste is delicious.

Creamy coffee granita is inexpensive, easy, and quick to make. Ideal for summer afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 270g ice
  • 30 g of liquid cream to whip
  • 50 g coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cocoa powder for garnish

Preparation

  1. Make two espresso coffees or alone (as you usually do). Add the sugar, stir well and let cool.

  2. Put the ice, cream and coffee in the glass. Shred for 8 seconds at speed 5.

  3. Pour the slush into two glasses and decorate with the cocoa.

  4. Serve and drink immediately.

Notes

To keep the glass very cold, you can first crush some ice stones. Then we empty the glass and start with the recipe.[br][br]So that the slush doesn't melt right away, we can also leave the glasses in the refrigerator for a few hours, so they will be cool.

    ummmm !!! How delicious, I love this recipe because I usually drink cold coffee: in ice cream, slushies, etc. since I really like coffee and since I am from the Canary Islands, it is warm here many months a year and I feel like it, for example after eating at work Refresh ourselves while we wake up to continue with the work day heh heh. Too bad it can't be taken to work, because my friends would freak out. But it doesn't matter because right now I'm going to prepare one for my hubby and I… thank you
