Do you want to prepare a chicken recipe different? Well, try these crispy chicken strips with hazelnuts.

I don't usually do much of them, but from time to time, we want something fun, especially when we are with friends and prepare something for chop while we chat and have a wine or a few beers.

They are easy to prepare. Do not fry them And the best of all is that freshly made they are "non-stop".

Until now the crispy chicken with hazelnuts was served with ketchup o barbecue sauce but I have found that they pair perfectly with my new favorite sauce from yogurt. Double vice !!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 60 g of unsalted peeled hazelnuts
  • 20-25 g of toast
  • 1 egg
  • Buy
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. We put the hazelnuts and the toasted bread in the glass. We bite during 10 seconds, speed 5. We remove to a plate.

  2. We beat the egg for 20 seconds, speed 4. We remove to a bowl or a deep plate.

  3. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  4. We wash the breasts and dry them well with kitchen paper. We cut them into strips of a similar size. Season them generously and batter them, first passing them in the egg and then in the mixture of bread and hazelnuts.

  5. We place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or similar. Once all the strips are coated, we water them with a thread of oil. It can also be done with a spray. We bake for 10 minutes. We turn them over and bake another 10 minutes or until they take a light golden color.

  6. We remove to a plate or tray, sprinkle chopped parsley and serve accompanied with the different sauces.

Notes

Don't let these crispy chicken strips get cold, enjoy them freshly made because afterwards they lose their original texture.
