Corn and pineapple stuffed eggs

Around here almost all of us are on vacation ... some have already left, others will be leaving soon ... so it's time to leave simple, fast recipes that will fix us a dinner in the blink of an eye. It is true that there are many recipes for deviled eggs, right? Are they typical tuna and mayonnaise, eggs stuffed with ham mousse, Shrimp Scampi… Endless possibilities. Well today, I wanted to surprise you with another great combination: eggs stuffed with corn, tuna and pineapple.

Quick and refreshing eggs filled with corn, tuna and pineapple. Perfect for summer nights because they can be prepared in advance.

Ingredients

• 6 boiled eggs (here you have the recipe to cook eggs)
• 2 slices of pineapple in its juice or in syrup (it can be natural or canned)
• 1 can of tuna
• 1 large tablespoon topped with pink sauce
• 3 teaspoons topped with canned sweet corn

Preparation

1. We open the cooked eggs in half and remove the yolk.

2. Add the corn, tuna, mayonnaise and pineapple to the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 6.

3. Now add the yolks (reserving one and a half to decorate the dish at the end) and program 4 seconds, speed 4.

4. We fill the eggs with this preparation, we place them in a source.

5. We decorate with the crumbled egg yolks with our fingers on top and, if we want, some pineapple slices.

Notes

Surely we overfill. I use it on toast the next day.
