Who would tell me a few years ago what I could do my own mustard homemade? Yes, yes ... homemade mustard !!
We only needed this recipe to complete the basic recipe book of sauces. With our Thermomix we have made all kinds of mayonnaise, ketchup and to aioli. So from now on we will enter another dimension when it comes to serving our hamburgers, dogs or French fries.
With few ingredients and in a simple way you will have an authentic mustard Colman's type. And the best thing is that you can get the texture you want.

How long would it last in a jar in the fridge?
I think it can last up to a month.
Hello Mayra, I want to ask you if it is easy to find mustard grains
Well, I have never bought it in grain, greetings and thanks and when you talk about cider you mean 50g of vinegar, right
Hello M Carmen:
Mustard is grain is not difficult to find. Try international food supermarkets, Indian food stores or the gourmet area of Corte Inglés. If you live in Valencia in the Central Market there are several spice stalls that have tooooooodo !!
Greetings.
the cider thing is already fixed ... it must be the morriña !! 😉
For a few days that I did not enter and do not see, you are aware of everything hahahaha,

How much seed should I use to get an approximate 1 kg of mustard?
Hello I am new, today I made the homemade mustard and the texture has been very good but with a slightly strong taste, I would like you to tell me how to make it softer. Thanks a greeting
Hi Eloisa,
This mustard is intended to be spread on sandwiches, for example, so just using a little is enough.
I have never reduced it in flavor but I would try a little more water.
Regards!
