It is a special minced meat, with a characteristic flavor, it has raisins and a lot of spices! Try it because with it you are going to remake your dishes.

Ingredients

  • 400 g chives (onion is also valid)
  • 100 g green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30 g sunflower oil
  • 80 g lard
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 500 g minced meat (veal)
  • 50 g raisins without seeds (optional)
  • 10 g of salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

Preparation

  1. We put the peeled and quartered onions, the pepper and the garlic cloves in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 5.

  2. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass and on the lid. We add the oil, the lard and the sugar. We program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  3. At the end of the time, we add the minced meat, the raisins, the salt and the spices. We program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  4. And ready to serve with whatever we prefer (pasta, rice, potatoes ...). If we want it to fill dumplings we will have to put it in the fridge until it cools.
