    This cake is great, I have prepared it a lot of times and from the first day with spectacular results: fluffy and moist.

    This Sunday I wanted to prepare it again but I had no yogurts. As I saw that the recipe for "Quick carrot cake" put milk or yogurt, I ventured to substitute the yogurt for milk and it was equally perfect!
