I have to confess that I am getting addicted to this type of breakfast. I find a breakfast very practical and comfortable because in addition to being simple, they are very easy to transport. So if you are not one to eat breakfast as you wake up, you can take them to have a nutritious lunch.
The amounts can be folded without any problem. If you keep the oatmeal porridge well refrigerated, you will have breakfast ready for a couple of days.
There are other versions that do not have sugar like the "carrot cake" but this version does ask for a sweeter touch. You can use the sweetener that you like the most, from coconut sugar to stevia. Although my favorites are the maple syrup or honey because they are liquid and mix perfectly with the rest of the ingredients.
You can also prepare the version Without lactose. In the supermarket you will find a whole range of products suitable for this type of diet.
This breakfast is gluten-free And to do so, you only need to verify that the ingredients are suitable and, above all, that the oats are certified to avoid scares and complications.
If you're crunchy lover Feel free to add some cocoa nibs or a crumbled Digestive®-type cookie. But make sure they are suitable for your diet.
