Chicken and Pasta Salad with Yogurt Caesar Sauce

Chicken and Pasta Salad with Yogurt Caesar Sauce

A very very complete pasta salad for today: chicken meat, colored spirals, toasted bread and all this accompanied by a delicious caesar yogurt sauce.

Today's is a recipe very fast, I think it is perfect for everyday meals because it will take us very little time and the ingredients are the easiest to get and flights.

If you like chicken salads You can't miss these: chicken and pineapple salad, Caesar salad, tropical pasta salad.

I always take the opportunity to do this kind of salads with chicken when I cook grilled chicken fillets or drumsticks. I always cook a little more chicken to spare and make these salads for a lunch or dinner. You will only have to substitute the chicken in the recipe (which is generally cooked in varoma) for your grilled chicken and the rest of the recipe follow it the same. It's a great fix!

Hello. What is cutting the whites and adding them to the bowl? ?

The recipe calls for 2 hard-boiled eggs. Open the eggs in half and reserve the yolks (which you will add when you prepare the Caesar sauce) and the whites, cut them with a knife and place them in the bowl where you are going to serve the salad. Thanks for writing to us. All the best.
