Raisin, walnut and carob truffles

February has arrived with a lot of cold and wind, so nothing better than to receive it with some truffles of raisins, walnuts and carob that are already the favorite snack of these days.

As you can see, the list of ingredients is simple but very nutritious and natural so that you can give yourself a whim without ruining your diet.

This time we have used carob, you already know that it is a natural substitute for cocoa that like to use from time to time and that leaves a very dark color and a delicious flavor perfect for  make pastries.

If you want you can replace it with pure cocoa. And the cinnamon for vanilla, for cardamom or for a pinch of anise.

This recipe is no added sugar and suitable for vegans, intolerant to gluten, lactose and eggs.
