Today I bring you a recipe for lose your fear of the Thermomix. It does not matter if you are a young person starting to cook or an experienced housewife who has just bought a new machine. Whatever your situation, you are going to love this marine pate with cockles and mussels.
The recipe is easy and very quick to make. You just have to put all the ingredients in the glass and chop them until you make a delicious spread. We have used a couple of crab sticks to decorate but you can do it with whatever you want. It also admits many possibilities such as rolled anchovies or toasted seeds or some minced seaweed ... delicious!
It is best to make the pate in advance so that it takes on a little texture and, above all, to cool it down. But it does not happen if it is consumed at the moment. Accompany it with bread peaks or toasts of different kinds and you will have a fantastic snack.
Feel free to try natural mussels for a milder flavor. Or use your favorite mayonnaise, either lactonese or even vegan. And if you want to give it a spicy touch, you can add a few drops of tabasco.

Yes, it is correct. With the turn to the left it chops but leaving the sticks as in threads. So you can use them to decorate. 😉
