Today we want to give a different touch to classic italian bolognese sauce adding to it green and red peppers. It gives it a very rich flavor, really, reminiscent of homemade meat stews.

It is a super easy recipe, perfect for those of you who are starting in the world of Thermomix. And it is also perfect for prepare it and store it in tuppers in the freezer to use it in different dishes such as lasagna, cannelloni, pasta, dumplings, pizzas, rice ... there are many possibilities, really.

I like to use 50% pork and 50% beef, I think it is juicier and more flavorful. But of course, you can use only pork or beef. To your liking!

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 30 butter g
  • 100 g carrot
  • 100 g onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g of red pepper
  • 200 g of green pepper
  • 800 g canned whole tomato (2 small cans)
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika sweet
  • 100 g of white wine or beer
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon garlic powder)

Preparation

  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

  2. We put the oil, butter, carrots, garlic, onion and peppers in the glass. We chop 5 seconds, speed 4. We lower the remains to the blades and program 10 minutes, temperature 120º, speed 1.

  3. We put the butterfly on the blades, and add the minced meat around the blades in pieces (not in a block or all at once). We program 10 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed, left turn.

  4. We add the tomato, the wine and the rest of the spices and program 30 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, spoon speed. 

    If when 20 minutes have passed we see that it is too liquid, cook the last 10 minutes (or more if necessary) without the beaker so that the excess liquid evaporates. We can put in a basket on top when we remove the cup so that the tomato does not splash.

    We remove from the glass and let it rest. It is richer from one day to the next !!
