Spaghetti with bell pepper bolognese sauce

Today we want to give a different touch to classic italian bolognese sauce adding to it green and red peppers. It gives it a very rich flavor, really, reminiscent of homemade meat stews.

It is a super easy recipe, perfect for those of you who are starting in the world of Thermomix. And it is also perfect for prepare it and store it in tuppers in the freezer to use it in different dishes such as lasagna, cannelloni, pasta, dumplings, pizzas, rice ... there are many possibilities, really.

I like to use 50% pork and 50% beef, I think it is juicier and more flavorful. But of course, you can use only pork or beef. To your liking!
