Steamed roasted pepper and nipple cheese rolls

When Ascen showed us the roasted peppers in Thermomix I liked it so much that I have not hesitated for a minute to make them. You can already imagine that now everything I prepare I accompany it with its Delicious taste.

What I like the most is meat, so I have decided to prepare these rolls that also have cheese nipple. I would say that this cheese is the most characteristic and typical of Galicia due to its peculiar shape. It is straw or light yellow in color, with a smooth and fine bark. The pasta is soft, creamy and very flux, ideal for this preparation.

When it comes to serving the rolls, you have several options as they can be eaten hot or cold. And to accompany it you can prepare a warm salad or assorted leaves and tomatoes. It also works well with long grain rice or young wheat. If you choose to save time, I suggest steamed or papillote vegetables since you will take advantage of the cooking in the VAROMA. And if you choose to serve it cold, you can try caramelized onion and chutneys.

Easy steamed rolls stuffed with roasted pepper and nipple cheese. A healthy recipe that can be combined with countless garnishes.

Ingredients

• 2 turkey fillets (approx 150 g each)
• 70 g of nipple cheese
• 70g roasted red pepper
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Heat about 800 g of tap water for 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

2. Meanwhile, arrange a large piece of cling film on the work table. Place a turkey fillet, season and, on top, place cheese sticks and, next to it, roasted pepper strips.

3. Roll up the fillets making sure that the filling does not come out. Close the packages well at the ends, it has to be as if it were a candy. Prick the roll with a toothpick or skewer to facilitate cooking. Repeat the operation with the other fillet. Place in the Varoma.

4. When the water is hot, put the Varoma in position and program 25 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2.

5. At the end of the time, remove the Varoma and open the packages being very careful not to burn yourself with the steam. Cut them into slices and serve with any of the previous options.
