The ribs are not the cut of meat that we use the most at home but when we prepare them we always enjoy them a lot. They are delicious stewed with a few simple potatoes o with rice.

But this time we have prepared them with a very rich sauce and with ingredients as basic as thyme and white wine.

This recipe, although it takes a few steps, is simple and you can also take advantage of step 5 to prepare a vegetable garnish, rice or potatoes to accompany and prepare a complete menu.

This recipe you can keep for 4 or 5 in the fridge as long as it is in airtight containers and adjusted to its volume.
