Thermomix recipe Stuffed chicken fillet

This stuffed chicken fillet dish occurred to me one day when I had one in the fridge and I was thinking of making them in some way in the varoma, that it had no fat and was a light plate.

I remembered a recipe that they taught me in a Thermomix class. It was stuffed meat in the varoma that came out very rich and juicy, so I said to myself: Why not?

I looked for some ingredients in my pantry for the filling and for the final accompaniment I made a caramelized onion. I also took advantage of the pumpkin cream and the spinach cream that I got the recipe from the cream four colors  for use them as sauces.

The dish was a total success! I recommend it for how rich it is, for being very attractive to surprise guests and for being able to do it in advance to give us more freedom. In addition, cooking by levels saves time and energy.

    Chicken tenderloins, you mean breasts right?

      Ana, they sell some chicken trays that are sirloins, I buy them in mercadona and in savings… but if you don't find it with breasts, it would also be good for you, although the sirloins are juicier.

      I like it too. Meats stuffed with fruits or raisins, cirulas, dried apricots ... I like them all, although my boy is not of the same opinion and that is why I make few recipes of this style. Although this Christmas I can't go without my stuffed turkey. I'll tell you how.

      Elisa, the onion confit is used to make sauces, such as the bizkaina sauce, which have a base of quite a lot of onion, which must be confit over a very low heat and
      caramelised onion is used as an accompaniment to many dishes, it gives them a sweet touch.
      In this recipe, the one I have used is caramelized onion, when I wrote the recipe I put the title wrong but I have already rectified it in case you were wrong.
