We love to prepare Mexican food at home; quesadillas, guacamole, tacos, Fajitas or burritos and especially spicy jalapeños. They are not dishes dishes that we make every day but on weekends they lend themselves to cooking something different.
Most of the preparations are made from wheat or corn tortillas and are an indispensable complement since they are served stuffed chicken, beef or pork accompanied by vegetables.
Nowadays it is easy to find wheat tortillas in any supermarket but those that we do at home they are always better. They are also easy to make and the little ones can help us stretch them.
