Hello, I made this recipe the other day and I have a lot of liquid and the zucchini a bit stale, why can it be?

    Hello Natalia,
Maybe the prawns had ice ... did you put the ingredients as they appear in the recipe? It occurs to me that to avoid the liquid issue, do not put the beaker (this will evaporate the water). If you like zucchini less done, you can program less tempo.
    Kisses, ascen

They come out very callused, and I have made the recipe according to the final comments, without water, without a beaker ...

Maybe it depends on the amount of water released by the zucchini. If you dare to do it again, remove the beaker to evaporate the water.
      A hug!

Yesterday I made this recipe for dinner. Delicious I put the basket in place of the cup and it perfectly evaporated the water that the zucchini could release and with what was left over, today I have eaten a wonderful puree.
A note to the recipe. The next time I make it, I'm going to add a cayenne to give it a spicy flavor. This is a note from my daughter. We'll see how

Thank you very much, Pilar. Great the contribution of the cayenne ... I take note too 😉
      A hug!

One question, can I double or triple the amounts? Or I have to do it in phases.
    Thank you
