      Hello manuela:

      To chop it you have two options: either you ask your butcher to chop it with the machine or you do it with the Thermomix. The truth is that it is very simple, you just have to cut the breast or the meat into medium cubes. You freeze them for about 30 minutes and chop them with 5 turbo shots.
      Once you have it stung, you don't have to do anything else. Just add it raw in step 8.
      When it really cooks, is when you put it in the varoma wrapped in plastic wrap. It's like you're steaming it.
