These honey ribs are one of those recipes that they cook themselves. You just have to put the ingredients in the glass and Thermomix takes care of the rest. And this dish could not be simpler.
The result is a fantastic main course where the ribs remain just right, caramelized and very rich.
And if we also take advantage of the cooking in the varoma we can prepare a full menu for 2 people with steamed vegetables for the first course, these ribs with rice delicious as a main course and dessert homemade puddings.
Do you want to know more about honey ribs?
It is a dish that can do in advance, for example on the weekend, and leave it in its own container in the fridge for 3 days. Then it is only a matter of heating and ready to eat.
Honey has a lot of presence in this recipe, so I advise you to use one of Smooth flavor Unless you are passionate about its flavor, in that case you can use thick and dark honey.
In addition to steamed rice, this recipe also works well with a mashed potatoes creamy. And, of course, with French fries, although you already know that this option is the most caloric.
If you want to do this recipe for more people you just have to double the quantities and cook for 5 more minutes. Then the point of the rib will depend on the quality of the meat.

kisses!
I love them, they are the same as the ones they put in the wok and I love them.
This weekend I will do
Are the ribs marinated? It does not put it but because of the color it seems that they have paprika.
Thanks Mayra, I love your recipes.
I am making this recipe for the first time and I have a question, I have doubled the ribs and double the other ingredients. Do you need to add some broth or water, so that the ribs can be cooked well?
Hello Rafaela:
In principle they are cooked in their own juice but if you see that they stay dry you can add a little water or broth. I think 100 g will be enough.
You should also cook for an additional 5 minutes. Then the point of the rib will depend on the quality of the meat.
Kisses!
