Roasted potatoes with hat

Roasted potatoes with hat

Do you like roast potatos? Well this is your recipe. Today we will cook some delicious and fun roast potatoes with sombrero stuffed with meat, with a lot of style and the latest fashion.

To make them I was inspired by Mayra's recipe from potatoes stuffed with bacon, especially in the simplicity of roast potatoes in the microwave. They look pretty good and we save a lot of time. Of course, you can make them the traditional way in the oven or steamed in the Thermomix using the Varoma.

To fill them I have used a mince cooked that I had leftover and that I had frozen, so we can also say that it is a recipe for use!

What's more, you can lighten it a bit with milk and accompany a pasta dish such as spaghetti, macaroni ... I hope I have helped you !!
