This gluten-free and sugar-free chocolate moist cake will become your greatest ally above all if you like to take care of yourself but without giving up chocolate desserts or temptations.

It is a cake made with cocoa and nuts that, at first glance, looks a lot like the Chocolate brownie but its texture is much wetter and juicier.

It is a recipe that goes well with nuts, so you can use the one you like the most… can you imagine this moist cake made with chocolate and pistachios? 😉

Do you want to know more about this gluten-free and sugar-free chocolate moist cake?

The first thing I would like to tell you is that it is a very healthy "fitness" cake and that can be adapted to your diet without any problem.

To sweeten it, I have used applesauce that gives it moisture and also sweetness in a natural way. If your goal is to take care of yourself, I recommend using a homemade compote without sugar. It is very easy to do so and you will have absolute control over the ingredients you eat.

I have also added a bit of date paste, so you can get used to the idea that This cake will not lack sweetness.

Yogurt must also be sugar-free but you can use the version that you like the most or that best suits your diet. In this case I have used one without lactose but you can use a vegan yogurt or a regular one.

La vegetable drink You can also change it and use the one you like the most. Of course, I recommend that if it is a vegetable milk, it is one with body like that of almond, hazelnut o Walnut.

For this recipe I have preferred to make it with oatmeal. It's a cereal widely used in the sports world for its good qualities and its satiating power. It can be easily substituted for pastry flour or any gluten-free premix.

This is a cake It can be served alone or with an infinity of things like a crème anglaise, ice cream scoop, or yogurt. Although the more we decorate it, the more calories we will be adding and, the truth is, it is only very tasty.

When it comes to keeping it, better to have it in the fridge. You just need it to be well closed, you can use a container or cover it with plastic wrap.

Important: There are some people who in addition to their intolerance or allergy to gluten have developed an intolerance to oats and cannot consume this ingredient. If this is your case, this recipe is not suitable for you and you will have to adapt it following the indicated guidelines.
