With these quantities that I indicate, 8 servings of about 75 grams each come out. I really like to use the small rectangular molds but you can use them with any other way.

You can also do it with a unique mold. Of course, make sure it is the right size so that the varoma can close perfectly. You can use a rigid mold or a disposable aluminum mold.

Make sure it's done right because you still have to prolong the time a bit.

As I already told you, we love to make this type of cakes because they are made almost by themselves and thus we take advantage of the varoma to cook by levels

Prepare them while making a long recipe, like this with the same time and energy You will have 2 recipes ready.

    Hi good afternoon
I would like to ask you about these chicken and ham patties
Is that in the recipe I saw that it has liquid caramel in the bottom of the molds, is this so? It's just that it missed me a bit
    Thank you very much

      Hello Cris,

Yes, it takes a little liquid caramel so that they unmold well and give it a little color.

It's just a little, you don't have to go overboard either! 😉

      Regards!
