Since we started with weekly menus, Thursdays are a standout day in Thermorecetas. And today could not be less because the menu week 5 of 2023 is ready, with all the recipes for lunches and dinners for the days from February 30 to 5.
As always, it is a very varied menu with an infinite number of spoon recipes to combat the low temperatures that are typical of these days.
We have also included a couple of more informal recipes such as croquettes and coca to give you a bit of joy per week

This week we have focused a bit on the fish dishes. We have included both white and blue fish, so that your diet is richer.
This ingredient is very easy to use because each type of fish has flavors and characteristics with which to make countless dishes.
