We are in a week of transition between Black Friday and the hysteria of Christmas preparations but in the meantime we will continue to enjoy the good recipes with the week 48 menu.
It is designed so that you do not waste a minute organizing yourself since you have the lunch and dinner recipes from the days of December 28 to 4.
As you will see, it is a menu full of delicious things made with real ingredients and where no food group is missing.
The most outstanding
On Tuesday we have for dinner a hot, comforting and very simple dish although, if you think that the peas are too strong for the night, you can replace it with a vegetable cream and deviled eggs.
On Friday we have to eat a pasta dish with an aubergine and tomato sauce that is very tasty. You only need 40 minutes to prepare it, but if you're in a hurry and don't have time, you can replace it with any of the pesto sauces that I leave you on the compilation section.
On Saturday we have a whole set. Some Calluses that "take away the sense" of how rich they are. Yes, I know that offal is not to everyone's taste, so here is the vegan version that has nothing to envy to the original recipe.
