With the menu week 19 of 2023 you can enjoy simple and flavorful recipes for the days from May 8 to 14.
A menu where you will find ideas for lunches and dinners for the whole family. And where vegetables, cereals, meats, fish and legumes are present.
In our May menus you will see that we will be incorporating more and more salads, gazpachos and cold recipes that will make your fresher and more appetizing lunches and dinners.
The most outstanding
This week we could highlight many recipes but we are going to focus on two recipes: Nelba rice and chicken dumplings.
We have Nelba rice for lunch on Thursday. You already know that this recipe is like a salad with different ingredients that, together, form an ideal combination of flavors.
The traditional recipe calls for eggs but in Thermorecetas we have another version allergy friendly or for those occasions when you don't need as much protein on your plate.

With this Nelba-style rice you can enjoy an easy-to-make, balanced dish with more vegetables and especially without eggs.
The other recipe that we are going to highlight this week is the chicken cakes because they are a Very easy recipe to make and adapt to your tastes.
In fact, from this recipe, we have three different versions: the one with chicken, ham and olives; the one with chicken and pistachios and the one with peanuts and paprika.
You can already imagine that all of them are delicious and they are so versatile that you will love them.
