The week 15 menu comes loaded with typical Easter flavors. It is a menu, mainly, based on fish, vegetables, legumes and cereals. With hardly any meat, we have reserved it for Sunday lunch.

The great protagonist of this week is, without a doubt, the cod. A very typical ingredient and widely consumed both inland and in coastal areas and with which we will obtain recipes full of flavor.
